We know that many herbs, spices, roots, and other plants help in human cognition, so it stands to reason that there are many foods that we may not have fully tested or realized yet that can give us a mental boost. Over the years after studying various ancient civilizations, and where the intellectual advances in architecture, art, philosophy, weaponry, and society came from, it occurred to me that many of these places had olive trees, or the people traded with other groups that had olives.
Okay, so you are thinking that it is a stretch that I would ask; Does Olive Oil Make You Smarter? But, how do we know it doesn't? We don't really, but the Greek philosophers talk of olive trees in the area where they did their thinking? And Leonardo da Vinci and other brilliant mines of that time had olive trees and used olives for food preparation and many other things, so they had it too. Indeed, I have found references in Egyptian times as well.
So, this prompted me to do a long-term study on myself, and five years ago, I added olives to my everyday diet. I eat a small "salsa bowl" half filled of olives ever day and sip a bit of the juice too. Did it make me smarter or help my memory?
Hard to say, maybe the intellectual aspects of me are in the genes, or maybe the olive oil assists in allowing better expression of those genes. I wish I knew, although no one has ever done a full-scale research project on this yet. Personally, I think I've convinced myself and will keep the olives in my diet, but I wonder and I hope I piqued your curiosity too.

How long does Tea tree oil take to fade scars?
How long will it take for my scars to fade if I use 'Superdrug Pure essential tea tree oil' 3 times a day?
tea Tree Oil will NOT reduce the appearance of scars etc, as it's main use is as a anti-bacterial.
The oil you need to be using is Bio Oil which is a completly different thing.
