But apparently this will cost considerably more. If you have the bucks to spare then you can go for the non-framed but if I were you I could go for the fine framed arts and save the miseries that come with the frameless and a few gees.

How do I find out how much two original pieces of art are worth?
I have two pieces by Francisco Zuniga (1974). They are charcoal sketches on paper. They are 27 x 33, framed and in pretty decent shape.
If you have a local gallery in your town, you could possibly take them there and have someone look at them and they could give you a price range. Or you could try to see if there is a website for him and maybe contact someone there and see if they could be of any assistance to you.
