Is this a repro. E. Larroque oil of Ben Franklin.?

I have an oil showing 3 men in a tavern scene and it is signed E. Larroque. I see the same identical painting for sale for almost 5K. One man standing in front of the fireplace is Ben Franklin I assume, of course, that this is a repro although it is well done. How do I determine value if any?
