This is the vitamin that is well known for prevention of serious diseases such as coronary heart, cataracts of the eyes, cancer and stroke.
Vitamin D: When you talk about the growth of bones, the famous word is vitamin D that has the business of growing bones as its chief function. Lack of this vitamin actually results into bone deformities. It is found in egg yolk, fish oil and direct sunlight.
All these are the main vitamins that will help the body to grow strong and tall.

Someone explain this to me. Cause the way I see it is like this....
Some doods are in a building. Someone says "Yo, we have enough oil for a day, but it lasts eight days. It must be a miracle!"
Ok, not figuring in flame height (A flame of 1/8th the size of the normal 'We gots alot of oil days' would make it last longer), or oil quality, or draft, or the fact that they never ran out before and miscalculated how long it would take to run out... how does this go about becomming a holiday?
It is like I never hear about anything Jew till Christmas, and the holiday is based on a long burning Tiki torch.
It's not just about the light miracle. It's also a celebration of sort of a Jewish independence day. Because the Macabees overthrew some oppressing government, although I can't remember if they were the Greeks or the Romans or who.
