Title for this 150 word story...?
I need a good title for this 150 word story:
Jack froze the moment he saw them. They were seated in a restaurant, in an alcove barely visible from the door. She was still, intently listening to her companion. The soft light delicately illuminated her pale features. Her full lips, painted lustrous plum, were parted and upturned slightly, indicating faint amusement. Flickering candlelight reflected as twin flames contained within the green of her eyes. She wore no ring.
The nameless man was elegantly dressed, a turquoise stream of silk hung cleanly from his neck. His skin was bronzed, his jaw square, and his dark eyes directed their provoking gaze toward the woman before him. His hand lay gently on hers and as he spoke he smiled broadly – eagerly.
Jack looked on for a time, silent and bitter. The melody of her voice echoed in his mind. His breath slow and deliberate, he turned around and closed the door. He knew.
The Flickering Candlelight,
The Candlelight,
The Nameless Man Called Jack,
Reflection
