Am I Undereating? (20 char)?

I've been dieting awhile now and feel great, but today out of curiousity I decided to actually count my calories. I discovered that i've been eating way under 1000 calories, but I still feel perfectly fine, and i'm losing weight. Is it okay to keep going the same way?
Here's an example of what I ate today:
Breakfast:
2 cups of grapes
1 glass of water
A bottle of vitamin water
Lunch:
A head of lettuce
2 cups of baby carrots
2 glasses of water
Dinner:
1 cup white rice
2 cups stir fry (sugarsnap peas, carrots, & mushrooms) with very minimal olive oil
Snacks:
A Peach
An Apple

I also do a little bit of exercise every day; a mile run on a treadmill.
Does that sound like too little/too much? Thanks!

Yes, you are undereatting. Some advice:

You've eaten 2 cups of grape's, a peach, and an apple all in the same day. That's 4 serving's of fruit. I reccomend cutting back on the fruit. It's good for you, but has sugar so eat less.
2. Eat brown rice instead of white rice. Less starch, more fiber and mineral's.
3. Ditch the Vitamin Water. Full of sugar and artifical flavoring's.
4. EAT MORE! All you've eaten today is fruit's, vegtable's, and some rice. Eat a wider variety of food's! Try eating oatmeal for breakfast, flavor it with some cinnamon and applesauce and berrie's. For lunch, eat a sandwich on whole wholewheat bread and a salad, and some nut's. For a snack, mix fresh berrie's with plain, low-fat yogurt. What your doing is dangerous!
