Does anybody know that bistro style restaurant in London?

Years ago, I was invited to a restaurant near Covent Garden. Unfortunately, I forgot its name and can't find it anymore.

It's quite big and French bistro style. There's a long bar to the left at the entrance where people wait for their table. On the opposite to that bar, there are stairs leading upstairs.It's a two story place with seats down- and upstairs. They have palm trees in there and as I said the place is French bistro / Bohemian style. It's a great place to eat or just be.

Can anyone help me with this?
